31:23Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.
31:24And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they that go forth with flocks.
31:25For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

How Traditions Read This Prophecy
Apostolic (Oneness) PentecostalWithin the New-Covenant chapter (Jer. 31:31-34), the rebuilding of the 'virgin of Israel' to joy and dancing pictures the restoration the Lord brings. The God who makes the new covenant — written on the heart, fulfilled in Christ (Heb. 8) — restores and satisfies His weary people (v. 25). The Restorer is the one God revealed in Jesus.
