Psalm 22:22-31
“I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee... All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.”

After the sufferings of Psalm 22, the vindicated sufferer praises God among His 'brethren' and the ends of the earth turn to the LORD — applied to Christ in Hebrews.
