1 Kings 21:21-24
Elijah's full sentence: Ahab's male line will be swept away like Jeroboam's, and 'the dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.' Jehu's coup (2 Kgs. 9-10) fulfills every clause — Joram shot in Naboth's field, Jezebel thrown from the window at Jezreel, the seventy sons destroyed.
Read the whole passage — all 4 verses (KJV)
21:21Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will take away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel,
21:22And will make thine house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the provocation wherewith thou hast provoked me to anger, and made Israel to sin.
21:23And of Jezebel also spake the LORD, saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of Jezreel.
21:24Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat.

Archaeological & Historical Evidence
Jehu himself appears on the Black Obelisk of Shalmaneser III (British Museum) — the earliest surviving image of an Israelite king, bowing and paying tribute, dated 841 BC, exactly when Kings places his reign. Tel Jezreel has been excavated (Ussishkin & Woodhead), revealing the royal enclosure of precisely this drama's setting.

The Black Obelisk's 'Jehu son of Omri' panel is standard in every introduction to biblical archaeology; Tel Jezreel reports by Ussishkin & Woodhead (Tel Aviv University).
