Apostolic (Oneness) PentecostalTwo gems: God promises the 'latter rain' (v. 1) — read by the apostles of the Spirit's outpouring (Joel 2:23; Acts 2:17) — and declares 'out of him came forth the corner [stone]... the battle bow' (v. 4): from Judah comes the Cornerstone, the Ruler, the Lord Jesus (Eph. 2:20; 1 Pet. 2:6). God will strengthen and regather His scattered flock through the One who came out of Judah, pouring out His Spirit on His people.
