Apostolic (Oneness) PentecostalThe redeemed of every nation stand before the throne of the Lamb — the one God gathering a people to Himself through Jesus.
JewishThe sealing of the tribes echoes Ezekiel 9's mark on the faithful; the tribal listing draws on Israel's covenant identity.
CatholicThe 144,000 and the countless multitude as the whole redeemed people — Israel and the nations — before God.
ProtestantViews differ: the 144,000 as literal end-time Israel or as a symbol of the complete church; the multitude as the redeemed of all nations.

The tribal list (7:5-8) is irregular: Dan is omitted, and Manasseh is listed alongside Joseph — much discussed by commentators. 12x12x1000 is widely read as a symbol of completeness.
