ProtestantAlready/not-yet: Christ is Lord now; all creation will acknowledge it at the Second Coming (Phil 2:10-11).
DispensationalFulfilled literally in the Millennial Kingdom when all surviving nations submit to Christ reigning from Jerusalem.
