Apostolic (Oneness) PentecostalThe Father speaks to the Son-manifestation; the 'God' address is the Father's title given to Christ. The eternal throne is the Father's.
JewishA royal wedding Psalm (epiphania). The address 'O God' to the king is hyperbolic court language. Not traditionally Messianic in rabbinic sources.
CatholicHebrews 1:8 cites this as addressed to the Son — one of the clearest OT divine attributions to the Messiah. The eternal throne is Christ's.
