How Traditions Read This Prophecy
Apostolic (Oneness) Pentecostal'I will gather them... and I will give them one heart, and one way... and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.' The regathering, the new heart, and the everlasting covenant are the very blessings of the new covenant entered through the Lord Jesus (Jer. 31:31-34; Ezek. 36:26; Heb. 8). God promises to do them good 'with my whole heart' — fulfilled when God Himself came in Christ to give His people one heart.
JewishGod's promise to regather scattered Israel in safety, give them singleness of heart toward Him, and make an everlasting covenant; restoration after the Babylonian wrath.
