How Traditions Read This Prophecy
Apostolic (Oneness) Pentecostal'The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man... he shall prevail against his enemies.' The Warrior-God who comes to conquer is the Lord Jesus at His return (Rev. 19:11), overthrowing idols and leading the blind in a way they knew not. God Himself, in the person of the conquering Christ, goes forth to save His own and judge His foes.
JewishYHWH the Divine Warrior rousing Himself to deliver His people and judge the nations and their idols — a portrait of God's zealous intervention.
