Apostolic (Oneness) PentecostalThe One who ascended is the same who first descended (Eph. 4:9-10) — the LORD of Psalm 68 who came down in flesh and rose to fill all things; His gifts built the apostolic church.
JewishPsalm 68:18 celebrates God's triumphal ascent of Zion (or Sinai) receiving tribute; rabbinic tradition applied it to Moses ascending to receive the Torah.
