Deuteronomy 4:25-31
“The LORD shall scatter you among the nations... But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart... he will not forsake thee... nor forget the covenant.”

Moses foretells exile for idolatry, and the promise that a repentant, seeking Israel will find God, who will not forget His covenant.
